Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you a refund according to the following terms:
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
3. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item without any defects, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
4. Return Process

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exceptions
- If the product is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to personalized products, perishable goods, and products sealed for hygiene reasons that have been opened.
8. Care and Storage of Watercolor Prints and Original Watercolor Artworks
To help ensure the longevity of your watercolor prints and original artworks, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading in both prints and original works. Display in a location away from harsh sunlight to protect the colors.
- Frame with glass or acrylic: Both prints and original artworks should be framed under glass or acrylic to protect them from dust and damage, and to maintain humidity levels.
- Store in a cool, dry place: Keep artwork away from extreme temperatures, moisture, and humidity to avoid damage.
- Avoid contact with water: Both prints and original works should never be exposed to water as this can cause damage. Handle them with care to prevent smudging or warping.
- Handle with care: Always handle your artwork with clean, dry hands or wear cotton gloves when handling original artworks to avoid leaving oils or fingerprints on the surface.
- Regular cleaning: Gently dust your prints with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. For original artworks, use a soft brush to remove dust, avoiding any cleaning products or water.
